This is 4 weeks of intensive fitness online along with a nutrition plan to get you in shape fast.

The plan is designed to help you lose between 4kg-8kg and sometimes even more!

Lean & Fit Meals OR Lean & Bulk

These plans provide meals and snacks high in protein, moderate in fat and lower in carbohydrates. These meal plans are ideal for athletes and fitness enthusiasts wanting to maintain a lean and fit body. These meal plans may also be used for weight loss. These plans will help with maintaining and/or increasing lean muscle mass when combined with regular exercise. The meals and snacks are divided to ensure protein is spread throughout the day while providing enough carbohydrates to fuel workouts. Unprocessed food provides the majority of each meal plan in simple to prepare meals with protein shakes and bars added for maximum protein. The carbohydrate sources are whole grain and fibre rich. Overall the plans are balanced with 30-35% of the calories from protein, 30% from fat and 35-40% from carbohydrates.

Vegan Meals


This package contains a variety of 7 day vegan plans at 10 different calorie levels. With the focus on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and soy products, these meal plans offer high fibre/low fat choices consistent with the Dietary Guidelines. Overall the plans are balanced with 12-14% of the calories from protein, 30-32% from fat and 54-57% from carbohydrates. Great for dieting, weight gain, and maintenance.

Vegetarian Meals


With the focus on grains, legumes, vegetables, and fruits, these meal plans offer high fiber/low fat choices consistent with the Dietary Guidelines. Overall the plans are balanced with 50-55% of the calories from carbohydrates, 15-20% from protein, and 25-30% from fat. Great for dieting, weight gain, and maintenance.

Sports Endurance Meals


These plans are designed for runners, bicyclists, skiing, tri-athletes, or any other person participating in an endurance sport. These programs increase stamina through nutrition by adding extra calories to the diet. These plans provide extra carbohydrates that provide fuel for muscles for intensive exercise. Overall the plans are balanced for the endurance athlete with 55-65% of the calories from carbohydrates, 15-20% from protein, and 20-30% from fat.
